A pair of 5-story residential buildings completed around the same time in the late 1800s. They are clad in brick painted light grey-brown above ground-floor metal-and-glass storefronts. The entrances are next to each other, between the storefronts. The upper floors have two bays of single-windows at No. 571, and three bays at No. 569.

A black metal fire escape runs down both facades, and they are crowned by black metal roof cornices, the one at No. 569 having console end brackets and extending farther down. No. 569 narrows from its front facade toward the rear, while No. 571 widens inversely. The ground floor at No. 571 is occupied by Bon Bon Salon & Spa.
