6-story Beaux-Arts office building completed in 1906 as the 5-story uptown branch of the Farmers Loan & Trust Co. Designed by Edwin Wilbur, the facade is framed by marble piers, above a ground-floor storefront and entrance. The 2nd-5th floors each have angled end window panes, creating the effect of projecting bays. There is a dentiled band course above the ground floor, and rust-red metal spandrels with dentil courses at the tops between the upper floors. There is a stone cartouche with floral bouquets at the top of the 5th floor.

In 1910 architect Robert Telchman to add a 6th story. The top floor is a steep-angled mansard pierced by a large pressed-metal dormer with an elaborate rounded pediment. In January 1994 a renovation of the existing 2-story restaurant space was begun. It hid the marble facade with an overlay of stone.

This space is now occupied by Simit Sarayi bagels.
