116-foot, 10-story modernist residential building completed in 1985. The 6-bay facade is clad in beige brick above a ground floor and basement of rusticated, light-grey stone. The entrance is in the west bay, with a glass door next to a black metal service door, both covered by a small, black metal canopy.

All the other bays have 4-over-2 windows with white metal framing. Except for on the ground floor, they are topped by simple, grey stone lintels. There are low basement windows with white metal grilles at the sidewalk level, and air-conditioning vents are located below all the other window bays. A grey stone band course runs across the top of the 5th floor, and the outer two bays on each side set back above this band. The 9th floor is set back and fronted by a terrace, and the 10th floor is slightly set back at the east end, farther in the middle behind another terrace, and has a bulkhead at the west end topped by a water tower.

The building contains 44 condominium units.
