141-foot, 12-story postmodern residential building completed in 2004. Designed by T.C. Ho Architects, it is clad in red and beige brick above a 2-story limestone base in square blocks, with a dark-brown granite water table. The main entrance is at the center of the north facade, which is articulated as three sections at the base. It has glass-and-steel double-doors and a transom, below a steel canopy, to the left of a window. The other two sections have glass-and-metal storefronts, the east one with a glass door on the left, and the west one with glass doors at both ends; metal louvers top each bay.

The upper floors have two bays in each of the three sections; the middle section has very narrow double-windows, while the outer ones have bays of wider double-windows, all with simple stone sills. Above the base, most of the facade is red brick, with two vertical bands of beige brick separating the three sections. The 11th floor is also beige brick, and has segmental-arched windows. The 12th floor is set back and not visible from the street on the north side.

The east facade on the avenue is narrower, but also organized into three sections, with three storefronts at the ground floor; only the middle one has doors, the outer two are show-windows only. The upper floors have two bays of single-windows in the middle section, and wide double-windows in the outer sections. On this facade too, the sections are separated by vertical bands of beige brick. The 11th floor has beige brick at the outer bays, while the middle section sets back to a multi-pane window that angles bank at a slant on the 12th floor, which is set back at the south bay.

The building contains 20 condominium units. The west storefront is occupied by MaximEyes Optical, and the east by Crumbl cookies..
