 condominium, postmodern (architecture)

6-story Postmodern/New Classical residential building completed in 2014. Designed by Valentino Associates, it is clad in red brick above a limestone ground floor. The facade is set behind two sections of arched wrought-iron fencing between three squat red-brick posts on limestone bases (the east one gated). The ground floor has a recessed entrance in a segmental-arched on the left, with a glass-and-wood door. To the right is a tripartite picture window with an arched middle pane.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with small, 3-over-6 panes in black wooden framing. They have stone sills and short, splayed lintels. The 5th floor has a larger, arched center window, with a limestone surround around the whole tripartite window arrangement, and a shallow wrought-iron railing is carried on top of a projecting, modillioned limestone sill. The windows on the 6th floor are segmental-arched, with keystones. The facade is crowned by a cream-colored, modillioned metal roof cornice.
