14-story modernist residential building completed in 2023. Designed by Panagiotis Vikatos, the narrow facade is clad in dark-grey pre-cast concrete, scored to resemble blocks. The ground floor has two glass doors for residential entrances, and at the west side is a commercial space with glass double-doors. The upper floors have two bays, the wider one on the right having 5-window sections and the one on the left having three, both with both upper and lower panels above and below the main windows. They are set in black metal framing. The building contains 13 full-floor condominium units.
