7-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1889 as a manufacturing building. The 3-bay facade is clad in buff-colored brick. The ground floor has a recessed, central entrance with a steel-framed glass door, sidelight, and transom, flanked by angled glass doors into the metal-and-glass storefronts in the outer bays. The brick end piers are banded, and have stone shields at the top of the 2nd floor, which has a pair of double-windows divided by an iron pilaster in the middle bay, and 4-pane windows in the outer bays.

The 3rd floor is set off by a stone cornice, and the upper floors have the same window arrangement. The brick spandrels in the outer bays between the 4th-6th floors each have a central diamond-shape ornament, as well as the middle bay between the 5th & 6th floors, while the center spandrel between the 4th & 5th floors has a cross-hatch pattern of raised bricks. A broader stone cornice sets off the top floor, where the end piers have circular ornament, and the facade is crowned by a roof parapet rising to a very shallow peak.

The ground floor is occupied by IB Enterprise, and Aadar Leather.
