This is a partial cloverleaf interchange between Virginia Route 267 (Dulles Toll Road) and Virginia Route 7 (Leesburg Pike) between Tysons Corner and Wolf Trap, Virginia. It is primarily a three quadrant cloverleaf interchange. The missing loop ramp is from westbound Route 267 to eastbound Route 7, which is served by a left turn from the other ramp at an intersection with Secondary Route 8912 (Jarrett Valley Drive). The interchange also includes an eastbound exit from the Dulles Airport Access Road, connecting to eastbound and westbound Route 7 via a flyover from the restricted median express highway. The Metro Silver Line also passes from the median of Route 267 to the median of Route 7 through the interchange, on a long viaduct above the roadways.

The interchange was first built in 1962 as a partial interchange with the western portion of the Dulles Airport Access Road only. It was expanded to a full interchange with the construction of the toll road around 1984 and has remained substantially the same since. The flyover exit from the access road was built around 1992, the Silver Line viaduct was built around 2012, and Route 7 was widened around 2016, with the bridge being replaced and bike paths built on both sides of Route 7.
