5-story residential building completed in 1910 as a manufacturing loft building. It is clad in red brick above a rough-faced and rusticated beige stone ground floor. The entrance to the upper floors is at the west end, with a metal-framed glass door. To the right is a storefront consisting of two sets of metal-framed glass double-doors below a black canvas awning.

The upper floors have wide bays of studio windows with dark-grey metal framing dividing them into four panes. A rough-faced stone band runs across the top of each floor. The ground floor is occupied by Puppy Loft.
