The front facade is clad in orange brick on the 2nd floor, with the ground floor having a pair of metal-and-glass storefronts flanking a central entrance to the upper floor, with a metal-framed glass door and transom. The storefronts have fluted, black cast-iron piers.

The 2nd floor has two bays of wide studio windows with pairs of large middle panes and narrower, stacked end panes, in black metal framing. The roof line is marked by a metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by a taxi brokerage, and Beemster Chilling & Grilling.
