249-foot, 23-story International-style office building completed in 1964. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, both its north and south facades are clad in a curtain wall of dark-tinted glass and black metal spandrels, grouped into pairs by thin aluminum mullions. The ground floor is lined with storefronts, topped by a grey granite band edges in aluminum. The 3-bay, central, main entrance on 50th Street is recessed behind grey granite piers, covered by a stainless-steel canopy.

The ground floor on 51st Street has an entrance to the underground parking garage at the east end. To the right is a wide metal grille and a metal service door, metal-and-glass storefronts, a recessed secondary entrance to the lobby below a steel canopy, and two loading docks at the west end.

Both the north and south facdes set back above the 8th floor, with additional cascading setbacks above the 10th, 13th, 16th, & 19th floors. The ground floor on 50th Street is occupied by Bobby Van's Grill, Meltshop sandwich shop, The Little Beet restaurant, and The Men's Wearhouse.
