115-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by FXFOWLE ARCHITECTS, it is clad in black stone panels, steel, and glass in a sharp-edged Miesian-inspired design, highlighted by the many corner windows and the vertical lighting façade accents that run up the center of its avenue and sidestreet façades. At the lower part of the ground floor the piers are grey granite, with the black cladding beginning near the top.

The south facade is organized into four bays, plus as extra bay at the east end that is recessed and clad in contrasting material, with bare concrete at the deeper-recessed upper floors and white stone at the ground floor, where there is an entrance to the underground parking garage and an entrance to a commercial space with glass double-doors. To the left, the next bay has floor-to-ceiling windows and a black metal service door in a grey stone surround. The next bay has the main entrance, with a glass door to the right of two plate-glass windows, covered by a white metal canopy. The western two bays have plate-glass show-windows for a storefront, and the southwest corner is notched in.

The ground floor on the west facade on the avenue has another three bays of storefronts. The upper floors have window openings with a variety of pane sizes, with metal framing in black and grey. The pier dividing the southern two bays is bisected by one of the vertical light accents. The north bay set back above the 8th floor to a recessed section of bare concrete that cantilevers to the north partway over the neighboring building. This section has two bays of tripartite windows at the 9th-11th floors, and a north end bay of narrow double-windows on the cantilevered section that wrap around the northwest corner to a matching set of narrow panes at the west edge of the north facade. The middle bay of the west facade extends up to the top floor with recessed balconies at its north edge on the 9th-11th floors. The south half of the south bay terminates above the 8th floor.

On the south facade, the two middle bays of the black-clad section are wider than the outer two, and another lighting strip divides the pier between them. The outer bays and the outer halves of the middle bays set back above the 8th floor, while the rest rises vertically to the roof line. The upper floors of the recessed concrete wing at the east end have wide windows composed of two narrow panes each to the left of a wider, square window pane, in white metal framing. This section also sets back above the 8th floor. The top three floors have white concrete sections on either side of the black-clad middle section.

The recessed east half of the north facade has an double-window bay and two bays of tripartite windows, and the east-facing sidewall connecting to the west half has two narrow double-window bays. The building contains 52 condominium units. Part of the ground floor is occupied by Tribeca Pediatrics, and Everytable coffee shop.
