249-foot, 21-story modernist residential building completed in 2021 for HAP Investments. Designed by DXA Studio, the project consists of a pair of connected buildings split into two facades with matching designs but contrasting colors. The geometric surface of the respectively charcoal-grey and bright white metal curtain walls have an undulating diamond pattern, with windows recessed between the panels. Some of the windows are fronted by glass railings, and they also have painted metallic bronze inlays.

The ground floor is organized into four wide bays at each building, with underground parking garage entrances at the end bays. The main entrances, in the middle of the other three bays at each building, have glass double-doors flanked by plate-glass windows, and the other bays have secondary entrances with glass doors between windows. The 2nd floor has wide bands of windows.

The upper floors, where the geometric pattern begins, have 12 bays of single-windows at each facade. There are setbacks above the 12th & 15th floors, with shallow terraces. The two large mechanical penthouses above the roof parapet are covered in a metal-framed cage with a translucent screen on each volume, also painted black and white.

The buildings contain 87 condominium units.
