3-story commercial building completed in 1903. Designed by B.W. Berger & Son, it is clad in buff-colored brick above a ground floor lined with metal-and-glass storefronts. The entrance to the upper floors is at the south end of the narrower west facade on the avenue, with a metal-and-glass door framed by fluted, brown metal pilasters, topped by a black canvas clamshell canopy.

The upper floors have three bays each with two large single-windows on the west facade, with brownstone sills. The north facade has four bays each with two window openings. Some have double-windows with black iron mullions, while others have wide single-windows. In between the upper floors the brick spandrels have long, outlined rectangles at each opening. A black metal fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the 2nd bay from the west. The ground floor is occupied by Rony's Fresh Pizza, A&S Foreign Exchange, High Life Cannabis Club, Penn Plaza Cleaners, Ally's Smokes and Magazines, and Unique Brows Threading Salon, with Yoga Factory & Foxy Fitness occupying most of the 2nd floor, and Spy Store NYC on the 3rd floor. A large billboard is mounted on the roof, at an angle.
