3-story commercial building completed sometime around 1880 as a townhouse, later renovated in 1906 as a stable. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with a black-painted brick border. On the left is the entrance to the upper floors, with a steel-and-glass door, sidelight, and tall transom, and on the right is a storefront with recessed double-doors in a surround of patterned mesh steel. The upper floors have three bays, with single-windows in the outer bays, and narrow French doors in the middle bay opening onto the landings of a black iron fire escape. Each bay has a stone lintel and sill. The facade is crowned by a simple, brown metal roof cornice.

The building is occupied by an event space, with Kahlo restaurant on the ground floor.
