135-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2018. Designed by Soo Chan of SCDA, it is a rebuilt of an existing 6-story commercial loft building dating from 1926, located at the bend of the High Line Park. The new facade is clad in silver reflective glass, with large, narrow, single panes on its long sides and the lower floors of the south facade, and an intricate top exterior made of curvy, clear glass fins that give the façade a rippling appearance. The ground floor is grey metal and glass, and has two recessed entrances with glass doors - one for the lobby and the other for the Malin Gallery, the commercial occupant; there is a band of vents along the top. The middle section of the lower floors on the east facade has a brick art wall that regularly changes. The large setbacks on the north and south sides occur above the 6th floor.

The building contains 15 condominium units.
