2-story commercial building originally completed as two separate structures in the late 1800s. In 2019, they were given a new, unified facade of pre-cast concrete panels in shades of grey that grow lighter toward the top. The ground floor has a number of plate-glass windows and glass doors. The 2nd floor on the north facade has a long window band at the west half, which is taller, while the east half has two wide individual windows, and a narrower window at the end.
