12-story postmodern residential building completed in 1986. Designed by Seymour Churgin, it is clad in red and beige brick above a ground floor of grey polished granite. The central entrance has glass double-doors below a large transom, and the granite piers framing it extend up to the tripartite window configuration at the middle of the 2nd floor. The narrow windows on either side of the entry also extend up to the 2nd floor to form the outer panes of the tripartite window, whose middle pane is shorter and wider, and has a panel of beige brick below it. To either side of the middle bay the 2nd floor has a paired double-window above another beige-brick panel; each of the brick panels has a metal air-conditioning vent cut into it. The base is capped by a simple stone band course, below which are a pair of small square openings near each end with decorative metal grilles.

The upper floors are set back above the base, and have three bays, each fronted by a projecting brick balcony. The middle bay has red brick, while the outer bays are beige. Each balcony front has a square cutout opening at the middle of the top, with X-braced metal grilles. The top floor is stuccoed, with a pair of small, square openings with grilles like those at the 2nd floor, and the middle bay extends higher, crowned by a glass-and-metal curtain wall between the brick piers, ending in a peak, with a water tower enclosure rising behind it.

The south elevation is beige brick, with a tripartite window bay at the front. The building contains 29 condominium units. The ground floor is occupied by Taboo Lounge, and a KFC restaurant.
