2-story commercial building originally completed around 1870 as a 4-story building. At some point the top two floors were removed, and the base remodeled. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront with a glass door near the east end, and another glass door at the west end to the 2nd floor. The upper part of the facade is faced in white stuccoed brick, with a large 3-over 2 window. The ground floor is occupied by a Subway sandwiches.
