143-foot, 12-story Art-Deco residential building completed in 1927 as an office building. Designed by Louis Allen Abramson, it was converted to residential use in 2019. The facade is clad in brick, painted grey during the conversion, above a 2-story limestone base. The base was extended into the 2nd floor during the renovation, and has four bays of plate-glass windows, divided into triple-windows at the outer bays, and double-windows in the inner bays. The ground floor has glass double-doors, and each bay is covered by a grey metal canopy. The base is occupied by an art gallery.

The upper floors have four bays of triple-windows, each subdivided into smaller panes. Between the brick piers are grey stone spandrel panels between each floor. A stone cornice marks the setback above the 7th floor. There is another setback at the outer bays above the 9th floor, at the middle bays above the 10th floor, and again at the outer bays above the 11th floor.

The east elevation is faced in brick, with a few windows at the front and rear of the top floors. The building contains 66 condominium units.
