5-story commercial building completed in 1909. It is clad in red brick on the upper floors, above a blue-painted stone ground floor and a 2nd-3rd floor of beige stucco, grey iron pilasters, and triple studio windows in white metal framing. The ground floor is split into two halves, with a loading dock in the east half, and a black metal door flanked by small, square windows in the west half. The 2nd & 3rd floor are also split into two halves, with triple-windows in both. A grey metal lintel sets off the top floors. The 4th floor has three round-arched windows, the middle one larger. Each bay is very slightly recessed between the brick pier, and the windows have brick voussoirs and grey keystones matching the design of the windows in the neighboring building to the west. The 5th floor has three square-headed single-windows and the roof line is corbelled. The ground floor is occupied by PCF Logistics.
