2-story modernist commercial building completed in 1973. It is clad in reddish-brown brick. The ground floor has a loading dock at the west end. To the right is a recessed metal serviced door, a taller loading dock, and another service door paired with a small window, above which are three more small windows. There is another service door at the far east end.

The 2nd floor is set off by a stone band course and has two middle bays of double-windows and two end bays of the same windows, separated from the middle bays by smaller single-window bays. The windows all have stone lintels with keystones. A simple stone coping caps the roof line, which is taller at the west end where there is a mechanical bulkhead. The building is occupied by United Construction Weatherproofing.
