6-story commercial/residential building completed in 1906 as a light manufacturing building. It is clad in tan brick above a white-painted stone ground floor. There is a tall garage door on the left side of the ground floor, and a wooden door on the left, both painted blue. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with simple stone sills and curved brick lintels with limestone keystones. There are outlined rectangles on the piers at the 2nd & 6th floors. A blue metal fire escape runs down the middle bay of the facade, which is crowned by a simple, blue metal roof cornice. The exposed front of the west elevation is stuccoed and painted tan. The ground floor is occupied by Champion Zipper.
