203-foot, 15-story modernist office building completed in 2019. Designed by Newman Design Group, it is clad in a curtain wall of black glass and metal, with the glass panes in the spandrels between floors darker than those in between. There are shallow, terraced setbacks beginning above the 6th floor. A glass canopy on steel supports covers the ground floor, which is clad in black stone at the ends.
