A trio of 4-story (including raised basements) residential buildings completed together as row houses sometime around 1870. They are faced in brownstone, painted brown at No. 411 and two shades of beige at the western two houses. No. 411 has had its stoop replaced by a ground-level entrance on the left, with a black wood-and-glass door. To the right is a segmental-arched double-window next to a small, almost-square window opening, both with black metal screens. The upper floors have two bays of single-windows; they are larger at the 2nd floor (formerly the parlor floor, with one replacing the original entrance). The roof cornice has also been removed.
Nos. 413 & 415 have high stoops on the left, with white stone steps and iron handrails, leading up to parlor-floor entrances with paneled wooden doors (painted blue and red respectively). No. 413 has a single-door with a sidelight and transom, while No. 415 has double-doors below a transom. No. 415 retains its stone entrance surround, with a curved pediment, while it has been removed from No. 413.
There are gated basement entries below the stoops, and to the right of each is a segmental-arched basement double-window with iron grilles. The parlor floors have large single-windows next to the doorways; No. 415's is longer, and both have decorative metal screens. The upper floors have two bays of segmental-arched single-windows. All of the windows on the upper floors of each house have simple stone sills. Nos. 413 & 415 are crowned by metal roof cornices with acanthus-leaf brackets and panels (painted brown and dark-beige, respectively).
