5-story residential building completed in 1885. It is faced in beige stucco, with separate entrances at 447 & 449 West 43rd, as the facade is split into two matching halves. The entrances have black wood-and-glass (multi-pane) doors with beige stone surrounds composed of four layers of rounded bands. There is a large single-windows with an iron grille to either side of both entries, with simple, slightly-projecting surrounds.

The upper floors have eight total bays of thinner single-windows with the same type of surround. A brown metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of both sides of the facade. The roof line is marked by four parapet cutouts with decorative metal railings.
