5-story residential building completed in 1868. It is clad in red brick. The entrance on the left has a glass-and-wood door and sidelights atop two stone steps, set in a grey-brown stone surround with a cornice on top, and two thin vertical grooves on the sides. To the right is a set of paired windows with iron grilles, below a segmental-arched brick lintel.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with thin limestone sills and brick lintels. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, jogging over to the east bay at the top floor. The facade is topped by a shallow-peaked brick parapet with a notch cut out of the center, where there is a small limestone ornament similar to a keystone.
