Broadridge is a subdivision of the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill. It was built starting in the 1940s by Garry & Company (some of the first homes to be built in this subdivision were on the western side of Ridge Drive West, adjacent to Middle Neck Road; the other side of the street would be built up a few years later). Many homes in this subdivision were also built by notable Long Island Developer Cy Williams of the Williams-Colby Corporation, as well as by Pine Ridge Homes, Incorporated and Ridge Drive Homes, Incorporated.
