Flower Hill Country Estates is a subdivision of the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill, and was constructed in the 1950s. It was developed by Country Estates, Incorporated, led by Harry and Seymour Schwartz. Country Estates, Inc. would eventually build the Country Estates in East Hills, as well.
