Former estate of Jesse Jay Ricks. The estate was sold in 1964 when Ricks's heirs were unable to find a buyer, it was subdivided with the massive home finally demolished by the late 1960's to build the Chanticlare development of Edwin and Walter Ketay. The original stone driveway walls are still on Stonytown Road.
The guesthouse, also built in 1927, still remains at the southeast corner of the property as a private home.
