Rolling Wood at Flower Hill is a neighborhood development in the Incorporated Village of Flower Hill. It was built by the Mott Brothers for Rollingwood/Harry M. Loucks on former Edward Guggenheim land. The initial homes were designed by Henry W. Johanson of Roslyn. Lewis & Valentine was commissioned in January of 1940 to landscape the property with over 600 trees.
