7-story modernist residential building completed in 2014. The facade is clad in beige brick. The west end of the ground floor has a slightly-recessed beige garage door and a slightly-recessed main entrance with a stainless-steel-and-glass door, sidelight, and transom. The sidelight has horizontal bars dividing it into four panes, and the doors have more numerous bars creating shorter, more numerous panes. The entry is topped by a small glass canopy. Continuing to the east are four bays of double-windows with white metal grilles, and at the east end is a grey metal service door.

The upper floors have eight bays of windows, half with double-windows and the other half with triple-windows in aluminum framing. There are metal air-conditioning vents at the base of each window bay, spanning two panes (at the triple-windows the east pane extends down next to the vent). Between each floor is a band of brick with a slightly darker, patterned shade. The roof line has a cutout with a metal railing between each pier.
