1-story commercial building completed in 1971. It is faced in beige stucco, with a metal-and-glass entrance section at the northwest corner. The west end also has a bright-orange awning. To the south of the doorway there is a plate-glass window on the small west facade. The rest of the north facade on 49th Street has a double-window with large square panes, and then two more bays with single-windows of the same size. The east end of the north facade has a taller, narrower single-window, a garage door, and a smaller window. A large billboard is mounted on an equally large pole extending from the east end of the roof.
