In the inter-war period the owner was Dr. Friedrich Fieltsch and here the Josef Botschner Printing Company functioned.
The rear wing, built on the wall of the third enclosure (14th century), includes a rectangular defence tower transformed into a dwelling and heavily modified. The tower can be seen from Movilei Street.
