The Delta 1 Wind Farm Complex is located in the state of Piauí, Brazil, mostly just south and west of the village of Pedra do Sal, which lies on the coast 10 km northeast of the city of Parnaíba. The complex consists of 3 legally separate wind farms: Delta do Parnaíba (15 turbines), Porto das Barcas (10 turbines) and Porto Salgado (10 turbines). Commissioned in 2014, the 35 Gamesa G97/2000 wind turbines have a combined nominal capacity of 70 MW.
