8-story residential building completed in 2002. Designed by Van J. Brody, the sliver building is clad in red brick on the north and east facades, with the west elevation in white stone. The entrance is set back behind a small garden with a green iron fence, on the left of the north facade. It has a metal-framed glass door and sidelight, and at the west side of the ground floor is a window and vent.

The upper floors have single-windows at the west bay, while the east bay has single-windows paired with glass doors opening onto small, projecting concrete balconies with white metal railings (beginning at the 3rd floor). The windows all have stone sills and flat lintels. There are projecting air-conditioning units below the west-bay windows. The facade is crowned by a shallow gable, with a triangular window at each bay.

The east facade overlooking a park area has three bays of single-windows. The west facade adjoins the over 150-year-old Church of the Holy Apostles, and has three bays of single-windows as well - one at the middle and one at each end. The south facade resembles the north facade. The building contains 17 condominium units.
