4-story residential building originally completed sometime around 1880 as a townhouse. The facade is clad in red-painted brick above a ground floor of white-painted stone that was once the basement, when the building had a stoop and parlor-floor entry. A ground-floor entrance on the right now replaces the stoop, down a step from the sidewalk, with a black wood-and-glass door. To the left are two single-windows with iron grilles.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with white metal framing, including the east bay at the 2nd floor, where the original entrance was. The 2nd-floor windows have red-painted panels below them and white-painted cornices. The 3rd & 4th floors have white sills and cornices. The facade is crowned by a white metal roof cornice with console brackets and panels.
