3-story mercantile building completed in 2002. It is predominantly clad in glass, with thin metal framing. The two upper floors are chamfered at the northwest corner and covered by a digital signboard that wraps around to the west facade. There are two entrances on 34th Street, one covered by a suspended glass and metal canopy. Another, non-digital sign is mounted on the 3rd floor, near the center. To the right of this sign is a grey metal vertical element that rises up above the roof line. To its right is another metal vertical element that begins at the 3rd floor, and rises up higher above the roof, supporting a 2-sided, angled signboard. The building houses the flagship Forever 21 boutique store.
