Menlo Park Mall of the town of Thomas Edison renoun, once known a Menlo Park, NJ until it was adopted by the township of Edison, NJ, was the first indoor strip mall in the world, Circa 1964. More information on this can be found at edisonnj.org. Early foreign mall developers used to visit this site to learn of its design and planning charastics.

It is a two-story shopping mall with anchors Macy's & Nordstrom. Some of the many restaurants and shops are.: Rain Forest Cafe, Cheesecake Factory, A 12 screen AMC Theatre, A brand-new renovated Abercrombie & Fitch, Chico's, Steve & Barry's, Club Monaco, GUESS?, Zara, Old Navy, Anne Taylor.

Original anchors were Bamburgers of Newark who later sold out to Macy's and Orbachs (now defunct).

  • Very Nice Mall , Smaller than WoodBridge Mall.
  • It sucks. It used to be MUCH better than it is now.
