 district, draw only border

(만경대구역/萬景臺區域)
Once a village outside of Pyongyang, this is where DPRK President Kim Il Sung was born and spent part of his youth. Mangyongdae-ri, South Pyongan Province, became a district of Pyongyang in September of 1959. It extends to the west past the Sunhwa River, to Kangso-gun. Aside from Chilgol and Oryu-ri (which is a military city), the district is divided between Kwangbok (Restoration) Street and Chongchun (Youth) Street. Kwangbok Street is a residential district of high rise apartments populated by members of the DPRK media and cultural institutions. Chongchun Street runs through the environs of the Mangyongdae grounds which include a hotel and hostel, the birthplace of Kim il Sung, the Mangyongdae Palace for Students and Schoolchildren, the Mangyongdae Revolutionary School, the Mangyongdae Sports Village and the historic and amusement attractions on the grounds.
