Tule I Wind Farm is located in McCain Canyon about 3-10 miles north of Interstate 8 at Exit 65 (Boulevard, California). Commissioned in 2018, it is reported to consist of 57 GE Energy 2.3-107 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 131.1 MW.
Current Google images (obtained at a late stage of construction) only show evidence for 51 turbine bases - plus a few cleared areas that look as if they had planned to put a turbine there but then chose not to.
