Residence designed c. 1931 in the Federal style by Bradley Delehanty on originally 10 acres of land for George Hepburn {financier}. Hepburn served as a partner in the Frederick T. Hepburn & Co. investment firm. His father resided at "Long Field" nearby in Lattingtown. The interior was decorated by Alice G. Munyon.
