Built for Joseph Raphael De Lamar {Mininig} in the French Classical Revival style in 1916. Later owned by Marcus Loew{MGM}. Demolished in 1968. Architect C.P.H. Gilbert{Meudon, Winfield Hall}.

Stable complex and tower survive. Main property (sans house) now Legend Yacht and Beach Club.
