6-story office building completed in 1922. Designed by Sam Levingson, it is five bays wide, clad in buff-colored brick above a stone ground floor. The main entrance is at the north end, framed by paneled white stone pillars, with glass-and-brass doors and a fanlight, topped by a white stone band with the inscription "RIALTO BUILDING". To the left are plate-glass storefronts framed in grey stone, and topped by a white stone band.

The upper floors have single-windows in each bay, with a broad stone band course dividing the 2nd & 3rd floors. At the 2nd floor the brick piers have outlined panels of projecting brick. The spandrels in the upper floors are brick, with small stone diamond shapes in the centers. The windows all have simple stone sills and brick lintels. At the top floor the piers have stone capitals supporting a brick roof parapet with a stone coping on top. The exposed upper north facade is clad in dark reddish-brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Frame Gourmet Eatery.
