4-story residential building completed in 1869. It is four bays wide, clad in red-painted brick above a grey-and-black metal storefront and entrance. The square-headed windows have grey-painted stone sills and lintels, and the facade is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets, modillions and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Athens Liquors, Wine & Spirits.
