10-story modernist residential building completed in 2019. Designed by Raed Abillama Architects, it is clad in white pre-cast concrete (grey at the ground floor). The relatively slim and asymmetrical southern elevation that faces West 19th Street features a metal canopy topped with shrubbery over the large, black metal-framed windows and glass door that compose the commercial area of the ground floor, occupied by the Vito Schnabel Gallery. To the right is the recessed residential entrance, with a panel of vertically-ribbed bronze that discreetly hides the door, and windows to the left of it.

The upper floors have vertical fins and narrow picture windows on one side, juxtaposed by large tripartite windows with canted spandrel areas to the left. The bifurcated design sets back on the 5th and 6th floors, and the rear façade has balconies overlooking a courtyard. The building contains10 condominium units.
