5-story office building completed in the 1870s as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in beige brick, covered by smooth stucco at the 2nd floor. The ground floor has a modernized metal-and-glass storefront at the left, and a small entrance at the right, framed in white stone. The remodeled 2nd floor has three large openings, with a plate-glass window in the middle bay, and windows in the end bays consisting of a tall and narrow outer pane with three stacked panes at the inside edge. All three openings are topped by short horizontal windows.

The three upper floors retain their original segmental-arched windows. The roof cornice has been removed, replaced by a simple metal railing. The ground floor is occupied by Gifts & Luggage.
