148-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1908. Designed by Gordon, Tracy & Swartwout, it is three bays wide, clad in buff-colored brick above a limestone ground floor. There is a modernized glass entrance in the middle bay, framed by a pair of red granite pillars; on either side are modern glass and stainless steel storefronts. At the top of the ground floor the piers are adorned with cartouches.
The three bays of the upper floors are divided by brick piers with beveled edges. The 2nd floor has tripartite windows with single middle panes, flanked by narrow 1-over-6 stacked panes, with black metal frames. The floors above have wider stacked panes paired into a 2-over-6 configuration, with a wider central mullion. The spandrels above the 2nd floor are brick, each with three panels of red stone - the center one ornamented by a diamond shape. The other spandrels are metal, paneled, with a circle in the center of each. The three bays culminate in shallow round-arches at the top of the 10th floor. The top two floors, above a cornice, have three windows of stacked 1-over-6 panes in each bay. A continuous stone spandrel runs between the two floors, with carved ornament at the piers. The facade ends in a simple roof parapet.
The upper east elevation is clad in brown brick, with a handful of single-windows on the higher floors. The front of the west elevation, exposed by the neighboring building's set-back position, is also clad in brown brick, with a grey concrete facing on the lower four floors. From the 4th floor up, there is a bay of single-windows, and the remnants of a vertical painted sign is at the front edge. The ground floor is occupied by Eruan Salon & Spa, and Mayer Import Company.
