6-story office building completed in 1929. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront, while the 2nd is framed in rusticated limestone, with a band of five windows; wider iron mullion separate the end panes from the three center ones. Above a band course with a Green-fret motif, the upper floors have beige brick outer piers framing bays of five windows, with the end panes angled back, creating projecting bays. Paneled black metal spandrels divide the floors within the bays, also angled back at the ends. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice above a series of triglyph brackets. The 2nd floor is occupied by Montasy Comics.
