6-story Beaux-Arts office building completed in 1906. Designed by Edwin Wilbur, the facade is framed by stone piers, above a ground-floor storefront and entrance. The 2nd-5th floors each have angled end window panes, creating the effect of projecting bays. There is a dentiled band course above the ground floor, and rust-red metal spandrels with dentil courses at the tops between the upper floors. There is a stone cartouche at the top of the 5th floor. The top floor is a steep-angled mansard pierced by a large dormer with an elaborate rounded pediment. The ground floor is occupied by Simit Sarayi bagels.
